I am writing regarding order #ORD-7650-UUL-9428 placed with Solicitor Partners on January 11, 1971. I paid $605.15 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Olen D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Solicitor Partners has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $308.30 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $308.30 for a specialty coffee that never worked properly.
