Micro-Core refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Micro-Core's package that I purchased on January 10, 1985 from your East Lou, Wisconsin store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Providenci N., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 24, 2025 05:17I want to acknowledge that Micro-Core has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $355.24 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $355.24 for a specialty coffee that never worked properly.
