I want to report a serious concern with The Traditional Eats's tool that I purchased on October 23, 1980 from your New Omerhaven, New Mexico store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lincoln B., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $310.94 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customization service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
