I am writing regarding order #ORD-8353-SLJ-3865 placed with Pure Culinary on December 15, 1996. I paid $737.0 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rosalind U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
