I want to report a serious concern with Pure Culinary's package that I purchased on August 11, 1979 from your Verlieville, Nebraska store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Monique P., but my issue remains unresolved.
