Quality issues with Pure Culinary product

I want to report a serious concern with Pure Culinary's solution that I purchased on July 26, 1971 from your Rippinbury, Washington store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Brenda R., but my issue remains unresolved.
