I am writing regarding order #ORD-5502-ZLH-8208 placed with Luxury Development Umm Al Quwain on September 9, 1975. I paid $260.89 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Julie D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
