Artisan Food Belém refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Artisan Food Belém's tool that I purchased on March 18, 1976 from your West Jimmieshire, Colorado store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Arthur T., but my issue remains unresolved.
