On December 23, 2003, I signed up for DirectMart Albuquerque's troubleshooting service at their Fannytown, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $278.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marques T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $257.39 refund only covers part of what I paid for the maintenance contract, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
