I am writing regarding order #ORD-5038-CGM-6074 placed with The Organic Appetite Group on December 15, 1977. I paid $140.28 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Parker F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
