I have been a loyal customer of Residence of Modern for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-4094-REX-1438) on March 24, 2019, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I want to acknowledge that Residence of Modern has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $134.11 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $134.11 for a smart thermostat that never worked properly.
