I want to report a serious concern with Residence of Modern's gadget that I purchased on August 1, 2015 from your McCulloughstad, Utah store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alvina P., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm updating my complaint because Residence of Modern finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the furniture set, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
