I want to report a serious concern with Residence of Modern's service that I purchased on July 6, 1976 from your South Adityaton, Oklahoma store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Laury G., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The blender from Residence of Modern not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
