I want to report a serious concern with Properties & Group Corp.'s tool that I purchased on September 1, 1991 from your West Bert, Oklahoma store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eugene N., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm updating my complaint because Properties & Group Corp. finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the vacuum cleaner, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
