I have been a loyal customer of Properties & Group Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-2028-DWZ-9978) on May 4, 2008, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
