I want to report a serious concern with Supply & Plus Yishun's account that I purchased on August 24, 1998 from your Hansenstad, Michigan store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Soledad H., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $30.27 refund only covers part of what I paid for the subscription plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
