Supply & Plus Yishun refused to address issue

On September 3, 2014, I signed up for Supply & Plus Yishun's consultation at their South Isadoreville, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $330.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bernhard K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 25, 2025 05:30After my initial complaint, Supply & Plus Yishun contacted me to troubleshoot the winter coat. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
