I purchased a product from QuantumApp on March 25, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gaylord A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

It's now been 5 days since my initial complaint, and QuantumApp still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their consultation service.
