I am writing regarding order #ORD-2784-ERS-1009 placed with The Life Life Practice Inc. on April 15, 1988. I paid $939.78 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Favian G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
