I am writing regarding order #ORD-2484-ZER-6330 placed with WisdomLab on June 23, 2003. I paid $873.11 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kelsi X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After speaking with Joseph Davis from the Customer Experience at WisdomLab, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
