I am writing regarding order #ORD-7455-QSU-8850 placed with WisdomLab on June 19, 2019. I paid $738.55 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jenifer B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $259.20 refund only covers part of what I paid for the loyalty program, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
