I am writing regarding order #ORD-7455-QSU-8850 placed with WisdomLab on June 19, 2019. I paid $738.55 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jenifer B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 22, 2025 05:59Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $259.20 refund only covers part of what I paid for the loyalty program, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
