Poor customer service experience with WisdomLab

On December 9, 1987, I signed up for WisdomLab's support package at their South Lukas, Utah location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $682.13, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Aric F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 24, 2025 05:19I've received an email from Rowan Wilson at WisdomLab offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The t-shirt was clearly defective from the start.
