On October 9, 1999, I signed up for Defense Firm, Firm's repair service at their North Eldon, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $484.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edmond L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Defense Firm, Firm has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their customer support plan.
