I want to report a serious concern with Advance Minds of Excellence Corp.'s product that I purchased on August 1, 1978 from your Wallaceshire, Hawaii store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jazmyn L., but my issue remains unresolved.
