I am writing regarding order #ORD-6087-RGP-7724 placed with Diagnostic Services Umm Al Quwain on March 20, 1986. I paid $686.20 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Randi P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
