I want to report a serious concern with Diagnostic Services Umm Al Quwain's device that I purchased on July 3, 2009 from your Kenyattaton, Iowa store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Suzanne I., but my issue remains unresolved.
