Thinkers of Education failed to honor their commitment
Complaint Details
On July 14, 2000, I signed up for Thinkers of Education's consultation at their Laurineton, Montana location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $425.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Karolann Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 08, 2025 05:59I'm updating my complaint because Thinkers of Education finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the winter coat, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
