Frustrated with Prime Shop Exchange's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9612-LIS-3274 placed with Prime Shop Exchange on May 23, 2012. I paid $647.35 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ova A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
