I purchased a membership from The Organic Table on October 29, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ryder C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 09, 2025 05:53I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The handbag from The Organic Table not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
