I purchased a solution from The Organic Table on December 13, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Taylor C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

It's now been 13 days since my initial complaint, and The Organic Table still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their premium account.
