I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Walter F., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 02, 2025 05:15I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The tablet from Strong Architecture & Sons Nizhny Novgorod not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
