I have been a loyal customer of Super Mart Plus Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-5548-XJG-1738) on May 19, 1982, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
