Billing dispute with Precision Design Development

On October 9, 1983, I signed up for Precision Design Development's support package at their North Gianniborough, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $157.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Angeline L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
