I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Miller B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

After my initial complaint, Homemade & Dishes Holdings contacted me to troubleshoot the sweater. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
