I am writing regarding order #ORD-1688-KNV-6749 placed with Homemade & Dishes Holdings on October 21, 1997. I paid $650.39 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lura Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 19, 2025 06:06I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The formal shoes from Homemade & Dishes Holdings not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
