Billing dispute with Ultimate Craft

On December 11, 1982, I signed up for Ultimate Craft's premium plan at their Dickensville, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $401.35, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Merritt D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 07, 2025 05:39I want to acknowledge that Ultimate Craft has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $456.42 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $456.42 for a television that never worked properly.
