I have been a loyal customer of Pure Culinary Creations for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-3698-HVI-3323) on March 2, 1997, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
