I have been a loyal customer of The Life Care Partners for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-3596-WXV-8459) on October 23, 2017, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 06, 2025 05:29After my initial complaint, The Life Care Partners contacted me to troubleshoot the television. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
