I am writing regarding order #ORD-2491-RYG-9447 placed with Advisory Services of Premier on October 24, 2003. I paid $122.86 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sasha T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Advisory Services of Premier contacted me to troubleshoot the specialty coffee. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
