I purchased a software from Prime Living on November 17, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dejuan R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I want to acknowledge that Prime Living has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $198.83 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $198.83 for a smart thermostat that never worked properly.
