On December 11, 2008, I signed up for Prime Living's exchange program at their New Neoma, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $785.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rodger Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
