I want to report a serious concern with Prime Living's package that I purchased on August 9, 2013 from your Deshawnland, Louisiana store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dasia P., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Prime Living has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their customization service.
