I am writing regarding order #ORD-7405-NGL-9442 placed with Wisdom College of Achievement on October 23, 1996. I paid $926.93 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Josefa A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Wisdom College of Achievement, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my jeans. This is extremely frustrating.
