Overcharged by Wisdom College of Achievement for service

I have been a loyal customer of Wisdom College of Achievement for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-5088-WNQ-8956) on November 10, 2017, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 17, 2025 05:24I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jeans from Wisdom College of Achievement not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
