Warranty claim denied by Abode & Advisors International

I purchased a accessory from Abode & Advisors International on December 16, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Curt V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 01, 2025 05:37I've received an email from Riley Martinez at Abode & Advisors International offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The vacuum cleaner was clearly defective from the start.
