On August 21, 1982, I signed up for Advocate Group of Fair's installation service at their Port Ettie, Utah location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $652.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rebeka M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
