I am writing regarding order #ORD-7028-QJR-5335 placed with Defense Services of Ethical Holdings on October 25, 1978. I paid $252.97 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Calista T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
