I have been a loyal customer of Smart-Cloud Munich Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-7234-EVK-1656) on March 16, 2009, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Smart-Cloud Munich Inc. reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement meal delivery has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
