I am writing regarding order #ORD-6889-NQN-5506 placed with Homes & Solutions on December 20, 1992. I paid $31.24 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nayeli I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
