I am writing regarding order #ORD-4221-VFK-8249 placed with Homes & Solutions on September 7, 2017. I paid $934.3 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Izabella N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After speaking with Alex Martin from the Customer Success at Homes & Solutions, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
